Live Auction & Paddle Raise
With our Quick Add feature, you can seamlessly link bidder numbers to guests and add live auction and paddle raise gifts to guest carts. You can allow prior viewing of live auction items and even allow guests who can't make it to give to your paddle raise from their personal guest link.
Raffle & Items for Sale
Create raffle tickets and bundles with multiple prizes or just a general drawing bucket. Use the random drawing generator on the backend to make choosing the winner easy! You can also add items for sale into your event/fundraiser with FMV automatically reflected in tax-deductible receipts.
Table & Teams Management

Definitely! Through BetterUnite, guests can pre-authorize credit cards upon ticket purchase or at any time in their personal guest link. They can also pre-authorize at check-in via tap, swipe, or manual entry.
You sure can. There are no limits to offline transactions and guests still get added into the guest list, receive communications, receive receipts, and reflect on the thermometer. There are no transaction fees on offline transactions.
Definitely. With BetterUnite, you can add FMV to any sale which is automatically reflected in their tax-deductible receipt.
Yep! BetterUnite has full functionality for auctions, raffles, and items for sale. We've got a random drawing generator built in as well as a thermometer to reflect giving in the moment.
Yes, we've made check-in & check-out capabilities streamlined for you. You can check in guests and combine partners at check-in so they can share credit cards and paddle numbers if you want. There are also a variety of ways to check out guests, including bulk check-out.
Of course. You can add sponsorships that include tickets or don't include tickets. Tickets can also automatically create tables or teams in our table/teams management feature. You can also add ticket limits and timed ticketing if you'd like.
Yes! We have many event communication features built in including customized confirmation emails (with conditional logic for ticket types purchased), event reminders, guest information request emails, post event emails, and we've got text messaging packages for events as well.
